Okay, here’s my take on the “is luxe cosmetics legit” thing, based on my own experience.
So, I saw this ad for Luxe Cosmetics, and the stuff looked pretty good. I mean, who doesn’t want killer lashes and perfect brows, right? I checked out their website, *, and it all seemed legit. They had a bunch of products, not just for lashes and brows, but also for hair and nails. The prices were okay, and they had some pretty good reviews, like, over 1,500 people gave them 4 stars. I’m thinking, that’s gotta mean something.
I decided to order a few things, just to test the waters. I got a lash serum and a brow gel, nothing too crazy. I placed the order, no problem. The website said stuff was guaranteed, so I felt pretty safe. Shipping took a little while, but that’s pretty normal these days.
When the stuff finally arrived, I was kinda excited. I started using the products right away, following the instructions and all. Honestly, I didn’t see much of a difference at first. Maybe a little, but nothing like the ads promised.
Then, my skin started acting up. I got some redness and irritation around my eyes. Now, I’ve got pretty sensitive skin, so this can happen. But still, I was disappointed.
Here’s where it gets tricky. I tried to contact their customer service, and… crickets. I sent an email, nothing. I tried to find a phone number, couldn’t find one that worked. It was like they disappeared. Their website talked a big game about a guarantee, but trying to actually use it was a nightmare. Finally, I found their message and told them my problem.
After a few days, I received an e-mail. They said they had “escalated my case.” I guess that means they finally paid attention. They said someone would contact me soon to “resolve the situation.”

Would I order from Luxe Cosmetics again? Probably not. It’s not that the products were totally terrible, but the customer service experience was enough to turn me off. Plus, with my sensitive skin, I need a company that’s a little more responsive. There are plenty of other beauty brands out there, so I’ll just stick with what I know works for me.
