Okay, so I saw this “water with crystals” thing trending, and I was like, “What the heck, let’s try it.” I’m always up for something new, especially if it might make me feel a little bit better, you know?
Getting Started
First, I grabbed a glass water bottle I had lying around. I made sure to wash it super well, because, you know, hygiene. Then, I went online to order some crystals. There were so many options, but I ended up choosing rose quartz (for love and self-care, obviously) and amethyst (for calm and stress relief, which I desperately need).
The Experiment
When the crystals arrived, I was so excited! I opened the package and rinsed the stones under cool water, as the instructions suggested. I carefully placed the crystals in the bottom of my clean glass bottle, and then filled it up with filtered water. I screwed the lid and placed the bottle on my window sill. Some of the online articles are saying its good to charge it under the sun or the full moon, but I chose a simple window sill. I also placed a post-it on the bottle with the experiment start date.

Daily Routine
- Every morning, I took a few big sips of the crystal water.
- Throughout the day, I refilled the bottle as needed, making sure the crystals stayed inside.
- I even started carrying the bottle around with me – to work, to the gym, everywhere!
How Did It Feel?
Honestly, the first few days, I didn’t notice anything different. But after about a week, I started to feel a little… calmer? Maybe it was the placebo effect, maybe it was the crystals, maybe it was just because I was drinking more water. It’s hard to say for sure!
