Okay, so I decided to go to a baseball game the other day, and I was like, “I wanna look cute, but also be comfy and, you know, appropriate.” So I started digging through my closet.
Brainstorming Session
First, I brainstormed some ideas. It was a sunny day, so I knew I needed something light. I also wanted to feel a bit sporty, but not like I was actually playing in the game.
The Outfit Construction
- Started with my favorite pair of high-waisted denim shorts. They’re comfy and always look good.
- Paired them with a simple white cropped tank top. Gotta keep cool, right?
- Then, I threw on my team’s baseball cap. Gotta represent!
- For shoes, I considered sneakers,I went with it, practical and cute!
- I added a light flannel shirt and tied it around my waist and prepare for night.
The Final Touches
I put on some light makeup – just some mascara and lip balm.

Grabbed my small crossbody bag to hold my phone, wallet, and sunscreen. And that was it!
Game Time!
I felt super comfortable and cute all through the game. Plus, I got a few compliments, which is always nice!
I think the key is to balance comfort with style. You wanna look good, but you also wanna be able to cheer and enjoy the game without feeling restricted or overdressed. I’d totally wear this outfit again!
