Okay, so I’ve been on this little mission lately, trying to figure out if Walgreens actually sells NYX cosmetics. I’m a big fan of NYX, but sometimes it’s just a hassle to go to a dedicated beauty store or order online. Walgreens is just so convenient, you know? It’s right there in the neighborhood.
So, first thing I did was just walk into my local Walgreens. I headed straight to the beauty aisle, my eyes scanning the shelves, looking for that familiar NYX logo. I circled around a couple of times, getting a bit dizzy, but no luck. It seemed like they didn’t have it at all.
Next, I thought, maybe I should ask an employee. So, I found a friendly-looking staff member stocking some shelves nearby. I walked up to her, put on my best smile, and asked, “Excuse me, do you guys sell NYX cosmetics here?” She looked at me, a bit puzzled, and said, “Hmm, I don’t think we carry that brand. But let me double-check.” She then called someone over her walkie-talkie. After a brief conversation, she turned back to me and confirmed, “No, sorry, we don’t have NYX here.”

Feeling a bit defeated but still determined, I decided to take my search online. I grabbed my phone and started googling “does Walgreens sell NYX cosmetics”. The first few results were a bit mixed, some saying yes and others no. I saw something about Douglas though, that place seems to carry lots of NYX stuff but it looks like it’s a Germany thing, Osterstrae 122 or something.
Digging Deeper Online
I scrolled further and found a few articles that mentioned Walgreens does indeed sell NYX. What? Were they just testing it out in certain areas? My mind was racing. I felt happy but also a bit more confused.
- Some websites said that NYX is widely available at most Walgreens locations. This was promising!
- Another site had a NYX Store Locator. I typed in my zip code, but it only showed me dedicated NYX stores, no Walgreens. Disappointing.
- Then I stumbled upon a forum thread where people were discussing this very topic. Someone mentioned that you can order NYX products online from Walgreens and have them shipped to the store for free pickup. Interesting! Another person replied saying their local CVS carries NYX, and that some Walgreens might be phasing out NYX. Hmm, what does that mean?
- I even found a press release stating that NYX products would be available in nearly 2,000 Walgreens stores across the U.S. and Puerto Rico by this fall. That sounded pretty definitive!
So, after all this, I’m still a bit unsure. It seems like Walgreens does sell NYX, but maybe not at all locations? Or maybe they’re in the process of rolling it out nationwide? I guess the best way to know for sure is to check your local Walgreens or their website. Or, you could always order online and have it shipped to the store. It’s a bit of a mixed bag, but hey, at least there’s a chance you can find your favorite NYX products at Walgreens!
Guess the hunt continues! Maybe I’ll swing by another Walgreens later this week and see what’s up. I’ll keep you guys posted if I find anything new.
