Okay, so I tried this past life regression thing, and let me tell you, it was a wild ride. I’ve always been curious about it, you know, the idea that we might have lived before. So, I decided to dive in and see what it was all about.
First things first, I did some digging online to find a practitioner. I wasn’t about to just trust anyone with this, so I read a bunch of reviews and compared prices. It’s not exactly cheap, this whole past life thing. I saw some places charging like 300 bucks or more for a single session! That’s crazy. But it seems like the standard price for one session is like $100-$300.
Then I found this package deal, like, four sessions for a thousand bucks. I thought, “Well, if I’m gonna do this, I might as well go all in.” There are also other options, like one called “Past Life + Spirit Guide” which cost $650 for two sessions on different days. But I didn’t choose that one.

I booked the four-session package, transferred the money to their account. I have to say that, the payment process was smooth, they took bank transfers and even Google Pay.
Before the first session, the practitioner sent me some stuff to read about how to prepare. It was all about relaxing and being open-minded. They told me some folks take a long time before they can go into deep meditation. I thought I’d be one of those people but still, I need to give it a try. I meditated for a few days leading up to it, just trying to clear my head.
- Session one: I showed up, feeling a little nervous, not gonna lie. We chatted for a bit, and then they guided me through this relaxation process. It was like a deep, deep meditation. I felt myself drifting off, but I was still kind of aware of what was going on.
- Session two: This time, it was easier to get into that relaxed state. I started getting these images, like flashes of memories that weren’t mine. I saw myself in this old-timey dress, walking down a cobblestone street. It was so vivid!
- Session three: We dug deeper. I uncovered more details about this life. I think I was some kind of merchant or something. It felt so real, like I was actually there.
- Session four: This was the most intense one. I experienced some pretty emotional stuff, like a lost love or something. It was heavy, but also kind of cathartic, you know?
After each session, we talked about what I’d experienced. It was helpful to process it all. The whole thing was just…mind-blowing. I’m still not sure what to make of it all, but it definitely gave me a lot to think about. Was it really a past life? Or just my imagination running wild? I don’t know. But it was an experience I’ll never forget. And also, my wallet didn’t forget it either.
For now, I think I need to take a break and process everything. Someone suggests that I should save money and do more meditation. I might do that later.
Anyways, that’s my story about my little adventure into past life regression. It’s a bit out there, I know, but hey, life’s too short to not explore these weird and wonderful mysteries, right?
