Okay, so I’ve been on this whole Everlane kick lately, right? I mean, who hasn’t? Their stuff is just so…clean, simple, and it feels good to wear, you know? But sometimes, I find myself wanting something just a tad different, something with the same vibe but not exactly the same. So I started digging around, and let me tell you, it was a journey.
Start With Some Thoughts
First off, I made a list of what I really loved about Everlane.
- Basic, but not boring. Their pieces are like the building blocks of a good wardrobe.
- Quality. You can tell they don’t skimp on materials.
- They care about doing things right. You know, the whole ethical and sustainable production thing.
Do Some Research
With that in mind, I started hitting up Google, and also asked some friends, to see what other brands might be in the same ballpark. I jotted down every name that seemed promising and started checking out their websites one by one. I was browsing through product photos, reading descriptions, and trying to get a feel for each brand’s whole deal. I saw a few things popping up more than others.

- Club Monaco: Their Longsleeve Striped Oxford Shirt caught my eye. I mean, stripes are always a good idea, and this one just looked so crisp and classic. I added it to my maybe-later list.
- Eileen Fisher: I’ve heard that this brand is a solid favorite for a lot of women. The styles are quite mature and the prices are also on the high side, so I guess I’ll pass this time.
- Quince: They were another name that kept coming up. Their stuff seemed similar to Everlane in terms of quality and that whole sustainability thing. Plus, they focus on organic materials, which is cool.
- Frank and Oak: I like their style, but some of the products’ prices are a little expensive.
- ISTO: This is also a good choice, but the prices are not that affordable.
Compare and Decide
After spending way too many hours online, I finally narrowed it down to a few brands that I felt really captured that Everlane essence, but with their own unique twists. And honestly, just doing this research gave me a whole new appreciation for what Everlane does. Their clothes are great, and their commitment to doing things ethically really does make a difference. It also made me realize there are other brands out there trying to do things right, and that’s something we should all support.
But after all of that, I decided to start with Quince. Their prices were a bit more within my budget, and I was curious about those organic materials. Ordered a couple of basic tees and some other stuff, so I’ll have to see how they compare to my Everlane favorites. Will keep you guys posted!
Anyway, that’s my little adventure in finding brands similar to Everlane. Hope it was helpful!
