Oh boy, let me tell you about my little adventure trying to find out if CVS carries e.l.f. Cosmetics. I’ve been on this huge e.l.f. kick lately, and I really wanted to grab a few things without having to order online and wait for shipping. You know how it is, sometimes you just need that instant gratification!
So, first things first, I grabbed my phone and started poking around the internet. I saw some stuff about getting e.l.f. stuff delivered from CVS, which sounded promising. I even found mentions of this thing called “Project Unicorn” where e.l.f. is trying to be more eco-friendly with their packaging. Cool, cool, but not exactly what I was looking for.
Then I stumbled upon some chatter where someone said CVS restocks e.l.f. stuff weekly. Started to get my hopes up! I also read that e.l.f. is now in Sephora in Mexico. Not helpful for me since I’m not in Mexico, but hey, good for them!
After a bit more digging, I saw that some big-shot company called TPG Growth bought a big chunk of e.l.f. a while back, and they got a new boss named Tarang P. Amin. Interesting, but again, not really helping me in my quest.
Finally, I decided to just go for it. I hopped in my car and drove over to my local CVS. I walked in, headed straight for the beauty aisle, and guess what? They had a whole section of e.l.f. Cosmetics! Lip lacquers, lip oils, you name it. And sure enough, they had that Coral Fixation lip oil I’d been eyeing.
Here’s what I found at my CVS:
- e.l.f. Lip Lacquer – Plenty of colors, and they looked super shiny.
- e.l.f. Lip Oil, Coral Fixation – This was the one I really wanted, and they had it!
- A bunch of other e.l.f. goodies. It wasn’t a huge selection, but definitely enough to satisfy my e.l.f. craving.
So, long story short, yes, CVS does carry e.l.f. Cosmetics! At least my local one does. It might vary depending on where you are, but it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re an e.l.f. fan like me. I walked out of there with my Coral Fixation lip oil, feeling pretty darn happy. Mission accomplished!
